Firefox and IE Extensions for photographers
Sometimes you get used so much to a tool or application installed on your computer that you don’t realize anymore that it is an add-on until you miss it.
This is what happened to me when i tried to use my newly formated PC just to noticed that firefox is no more showing me the EXIF data of the pictures.
So I thought I’d just share with you this great Firefox extension just in case you don’t already have it installed
How to claim your Canon fall rebates
Finally the D day has come, Canon double fall rebates starts today and will end on January 13 2007
1. Download and print the Canon mail-in rebate form
2. Fill out the required information on the rebate claim form
3. Attach to the rebate claim form the following
A. Copy of dated sales receipt showing purchase of qualifying Canon product(s).
B. Copy of Customer Portion of the Canon U.S.A. warranty card with imprinted model and serial number.
C. Original UPC code and serial number cut-out from product box(es).

There will be NO Canon M30/M80 for the USA
On September 28th 2006, Canon revleaved at Photokina the Canon M30 and M80 portable digital devices for photographers.
Today, just two weeks after the press release, it seems that those products will not hit the US market, at least not in the near future.
